    Environ 500 g de miel d’eucalyptus, souvent plus foncé et boisé que l’acacia. Il fond dans une tisane tiède ou tartine un pain grillé avec caractère.

    Nous retirons « rhumes, calme toux, bronchite » : infections et toux persistantes nécessitent parfois avis médical ; le miel apporte surtout du suivi gustatif et du confort sucré sans être un médicament.

    Allergies pollens : prudence. Ne pas donner aux nourrissons selon recommandations en vigueur. Texture qui cristallise : réchauffage doux pour retrouver un filet coulant.
