Rosemary-100G

Packaging of approximately 100 g of rosemary dried in brittle leaves or twigs. Cooking use: lamb, baked potatoes, focaccia, homemade herb salt.

“Stress calming” is removed: rosemary remains a taste ingredient; stress management involves other approaches if necessary.

Avoid overdosing on long marinades: camphor dominates. Reduce to powder in a mortar if your recipe requires even distribution. Dry your hand well before dipping into the bag so as not to moisten the stock.
